Any product purchased from Wakesurfer may be returned within 30 days for credit to the card used to make the purchase, in-house credit or exchange. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused with tags attached. Include the receipt and completed Exchange/Return Form.
To make a return:
You must first call and speak with a Wakesurfer representative. They will assist you in processing your return and answer any questions you may have.
Package your return and send to the address above accompanied by the Exchange/Return Form.
Fill out the form completely. Failure to do so could cause delays in your return. Indicate if you prefer a credit to card, in-house credit or exchange. If you’re exchanging, give a detailed description of the product you are exchanging for.
Once we receive the returned product, we will process the return and send out an exchange or refund the full product value minus shipping / handling charges.
Processing your return or exchange can take up to 2 weeks. If you have any questions, call us at 1-833-844-WAKE. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
If an item you ordered is temporarily out-of-stock, it will be back ordered.
Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Items on backorder will not be charged to your account until they are shipped.
